Tensile Strength Test
Depending on the product, material, construction and agreed test method, applicable durability test programs range from 20,000 to 50,000 stretch cycles. The test target and acceptance criteria are confirmed for each product and project; 50,000 cycles does not apply to every model. Applicable test reports are available on request.
Material Purity & Safety
Natural latex and other material options are selected according to product requirements. Valid ISO 9001 and BSCI documentation and applicable REACH reports are available on request. Report scope should be confirmed for the required material and product.
Aging & UV Resistance
Aging and environmental tests can be specified according to the intended storage, transport and use conditions. Test methods and acceptance criteria are agreed before testing.
Safety-Cord Anti-Snap Technology
For selected resistance tubes, we offer an optional internal safety cord that helps limit recoil if the outer tube is damaged. It does not replace inspection, correct use or timely replacement of damaged components.
