Case description
A US customer asked us to produce a three-level fabric loop band set in a coordinated range of nude colors. The set required custom woven labels, two different gift cards and matching cotton drawstring bags.
The main challenge was maintaining consistent color matching across several materials, including the dyed yarn, fabric bands, printed cards and cotton bags. We worked from the customer’s Pantone references and arranged color confirmation at key production stages, including yarn dyeing and bulk fabric dyeing. Photos and videos were provided at each stage for review before production continued.
The final delivery included light, medium and heavy fabric bands with custom labels, two card designs and matching drawstring bags. All components were assembled into coordinated retail-ready sets while keeping the customer’s logo and brand identity confidential.

Case description
A Canadian fitness equipment brand approached us to develop a three-level resistance tube set for hockey training. In addition to the natural latex tubes, the product required a specialized connection component that could work with a hockey stick during training.
The component needed to combine elasticity, abrasion resistance and sufficient thickness while remaining compatible with the complete training system. Because the design could not be achieved with an existing component, we completed three rounds of sampling to evaluate the material, dimensions and connection method. After the final sample was approved, we developed dedicated tooling for the component.
The completed product was delivered as a coordinated training set containing three resistance levels, branded tubes and the custom-developed connection component, packed in a color-printed drawstring bag. Case description
An Australian boutique fitness studio required a five-level power band range in five custom colors. Each natural latex band also needed large-format screen printing on both sides, with strict requirements for positioning and alignment.
The project presented two main challenges: matching the specified colors across different resistance levels and keeping the front and back printing aligned on bands of different widths. After confirming the color samples, we tested several printing methods and tooling options to identify the most stable process for the required artwork. Printing positions and the distance between the two sides were carefully controlled during production.
The final order included five custom colors and five resistance levels, with the double-sided printing maintained within the customer’s agreed alignment tolerance. Each band was packed with a custom wrap card and protective polybag.

Case description
A Polish rehabilitation products distributor needed a five-level non-latex therapy band range with resistance values aligned to a customer-provided market benchmark. The bands also required custom colors, screen printing and retail color-box packaging.
The main challenge was that resistance performance cannot be matched by color or thickness alone. Material formulations and production methods vary between manufacturers, so each level had to be developed according to our own latex-free formulation. We produced internal samples, measured the force at the defined extension, adjusted the band thickness and repeated the test until each level reached the required resistance range.
Approved samples were then sent to the customer for independent evaluation. After the customer confirmed the resistance progression, colors and product specifications, the five-level range proceeded to mass production with screen printing and custom retail packaging.
