In theory, flat bands can be produced in continuous lengths, but practical limitations, such as space and operations. Currently, the maximum continuous length we can produce is 100 meters.
Are cut lengths available?

Are they non latex?
No, our flat bands are currently made from natural latex. Since they contain latex, they may cause allergic reactions in individuals sensitive to rubber or latex products.
Is dipped or moulded flat bands better?
It depends on your intended use, durability requirements, and specific applications:
Dipped Flat Bands:
Dipped flat bands are made by immersing a mold into a liquid latex bath, creating a layered structure. This process results in bands with greater elasticity and flexibility, making them more durable and less prone to snapping. These bands are ideal for heavy-duty applications and high-intensity workouts.
Molded Flat Bands:
Molded flat bands are produced by injecting liquid latex into a mold, creating a seamless structure. This method ensures consistency in shape and thickness, but these bands may not be as durable as dipped bands. Molded bands are better suited for lighter applications where uniformity is important.
